Great looking figs. I might add that these are also generic enough that they might be easily used by Pulp gamers as movie-style tribals or even islanders with little modification.

ZULUS! I'm so very happy. Now my WF Brits will have someone to fight! BTW, I use The Sword and The Flame rules from Larry Brom. So two (2) packs of Zulus makes one (1) Ibutho. Just need to come up with an extra Induna figure.

They sent me one of each Zulu sprues for free with my box of colonials! These are great models, I plan on investing in many more of them. The detail was pretty good and spray primer did not take any of it away. I'll probably buy more soon. Thanks!

Good stack of sprues for my money and plenty of customisability. I think the belts and perhaps hairlines and beards should be slightly better defined to assist painting. Overall a good product. Keep up the good work!

Would any of you think that these guys could make a suitable stand in for Garamante tribesmen (SE neighbors of both the Numidians and Carthaginians and who were sometime enemies/sometime allies of both), or are the weapons, such as the shorter spears, too different than the Ancient North African tribesman? The Shields can be modified and painted the typical cow hide of the Garamante, and the shape isn't too different. Would just like some opinions, please.

I just got 2 sprues of Zulus with my zombies - thanks, WF! My biggest problem is that there are so few left arms (one per torso). Still, good stuff - if I ever decide to re-create my Rourke's Drift scenario again, I know where to get the bulk of my Zulus.

Just bought a pack of these and they are just excellent. The best rendition of a Zulu shield I have ever seen and lovely in-scale weapons. I will be buying a lot!

These look really good. Any chance of some figures for other 19th Century African armies, such as Masai, Ruga-Ruga, Zanzibaris etc? "Darkest Africa" is a popular subject, but the available figures are prohibitively expensive. You could corner the market!

Absolutly awesome, being a South African citizen myself and having visited Isdwana and Rokes Drift, I truly think you guys have done us PROUD! My African classmates still are jealous that we kick the Zulu's butt!

Just got a box of these guys. For the price, an excellent set. They have very dynamic poses and look excellent with the spears and shields. One big issue for me- the left arms leave a bit to be desired. You don't get any extras, and none of them line up well with the rifles- it's very hard to make a Zulu look like he's using his rifle as anything other than a big club!
